925 silver

Silver will naturally tarnish over time, but can be brought back to a full polish by using a silver polishing cloth or, if your silver has a satin finish, you can use a Brillo pad and rub in a circular motion.

Oxidised Silver

If your piece of jewellery has an oxidised finish (blackened) please don’t use any silver dips, as this will remove the finish. The oxidised finish will wear and lighten over time, which adds character to the piece. If you would like your jewellery re-oxidising, please feel free to contact me. The process is free but postage costs apply.

Resin (preserved moss)

Avoid getting resin wet and don’t leave your resin jewellery in direct sunlight, as this may cause a change in colour to the resin and the hot temperature will cause it to become malleable. If your preserved moss gets dirty it can be cleaned by running it under cold water and left to dry on a piece of tissue. if your preserved moss gets
damaged i will happily replace it for free, but postage cost apply.

Other advise

When getting ready always put your jewellery on last, as spraying perfume on to your jewellery will cause it to tarnish. Keep your jewellery in a box when you are not wearing it and keep it away from damp areas.

All Uk orders will be set at a standard rate of £5.99 and will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, This is a next day service which is insured and tracked. International orders will be set at a standard rate of £10, sent by Royal Mail International postage, which is tracked and signed for.

Lead time

If you would like your item for a specific date, please feel free to email me and I will do my best to meet this. Smaller products such as earrings and rings are usually ready for postage up to 5 days after the order was placed. For larger one off items please allow up to 14 working days, I would be more than happy to update you with information on your order. Please check individual product descriptions for lead times.

Returns

As most items are one off and made to order, I don’t offer refunds. However if the product is faulty or damaged I will happily replace it for you. You must contact me within 14 days from delivery. Items must be returned by Royal Mail special delivery, buyer are responsible for covering postage costs.
